Race your friends, rep for rep
A free multiplayer workout game in your browser. Up to eight of you race the same short workout side by side, live, and every rep you hit shows up on everyone's screen. No app, no account.
Race as Rep, Brick, Adler.
Watching a competition?
See every event, practice the movements the pros race, then race your friends on them.
How it works
- 1Build a race: pick the movements, reps and weights, or start from a benchmark or today's daily.
- 2Send the link to your friends.
- 3Everyone picks a name and an athlete, then readies up.
- 4Each movement has its own gesture (try any in practice first). First to the line wins.
The workout
Any of 53 movements, up to 10 of them, with your reps and weights. Start from the classic chipper (burpees, walking lunges, box jumps, a yoke carry, wall balls and a handstand walk), today's daily, or a benchmark like Fran or Grace.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about the live race and practice mode.
Is the race free?
Yes. Open a race, send the link and play. No app to install and no account needed.
How many people can race?
Up to eight, each in their own lane. Everyone races the same workout at the same time and sees every rep land live.
Do I do real reps?
It's a game you play on your phone or computer. Each movement has its own gesture, like a swipe and a tap for a burpee or a hold and release for a wall ball. Get the timing wrong and the judge calls a no-rep.
Can I play on my own?
Yes. Practice mode lets you try any movement on your own, with the judge, and times you.
Which movements can I practice?
All 53, from air squats and burpees to devil presses, yoke carries and handstand walks. Lifts, pull-ups, rope climbs and the machines use a simpler tap or hold-and-release gesture for now.
