By accessing or using FitClash ("the Service"), available at fitclash.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FitClash is a web-based platform that allows users to create workout challenges (WODs), share them via links, and compete with others on leaderboards. The Service is free to use.
3. User Accounts
You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To create challenges, you can sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Anonymous participants interact via device-based tokens. These tokens are stored locally on your device and are not linked to any personal identity.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (challenge titles, descriptions, display names, scores). By submitting content, you grant FitClash a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is offensive, misleading, or violates any law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading scores
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
The FitClash name, logo, and all related branding are the property of FitClash. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FitClash does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Exercise at your own risk. FitClash is not responsible for any injuries sustained while performing workouts listed on the platform. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitClash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
