How It Works
Head to fitclash.app/daily and you'll see today's workout. Each challenge includes RX and Scaled versions with weight prescriptions for both men and women, so there's always an option that fits your level.
Submit your score right from the page — enter your name, pick RX or Scaled, log your result. That's it. You'll see where you land on the leaderboard instantly.
What to Expect
Every day brings a different format. Some days it's a grinder for time, other days it's a heavy AMRAP or a max effort lift. The variety keeps things interesting and pushes you in different ways throughout the week.
Each challenge includes:
